Kim H. Hagen
Kim is CEO of Hagen Realty Group. Since entering the real estate profession, he has conducted well over one thousand auctions and has sold such properties as C-stores, QSR's, Car Washes, Hotels, Mini Warehouses, Shopping Centers, Condos and Apartment portfolios at auction with sale results in the hundreds of millions. Kim has marketed residential, industrial, commercial, agricultural and resort properties throughout the United States.
His experience and constant monitoring of local markets around the country lead many clients to seek his assessment of the value of their properties. His has provided a Liquidated Value Projection service on a wide range of commercial assets based on his product knowledge, market knowledge, and understanding of local market conditions. Through this service, he is able to recommend the best avenue for asset dispostion by developing and projecting an exit strategy for a portfolio of non-performing assets.
Kim has conducted auctions for clients such as Fortune 100 Companies, U. S. Marshal Service, Farm Credit Special Asset Division, U. S. Small Business Administration, Certified Development Companies (CDCs) regional, national, and states banks, special servicers, several U. S. Bankruptcy Courts, receivers, trustees, numerous attorneys, estates, and individuals throughout the United States.
Kim holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, along with the Certified Auctioneers Insititute (CAI), Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE), Certified Estate Specialist (CES) and the Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designations.
Kim was appointed by Governor Nathan Deal to serve a five-year term on the Georgia Auction Commission in 2016. He was also elected to serve a three-year term to the National Auctioneer Foundation Board of Trustees in Columbus, Ohio in July 2017.

- 12 Restaurants Auction conducted for a court-appointed receiver. Managed the transactions from auction to closing which covered seven states. The transaction totaled over $8 million dollars
- 39 Convenience Stores Auction for a court-appointed receiver, located in Michigan and Ohio. Managed the transactions from auction to closing which included 21 buyers, for a sale that totaled over $18 million dollars
- 12 Closed Convenience Stores Auction for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, located in Minnesota. Managed the transactions from auction to closing, for a sale that totaled $3.9 million
- 9 Closed Convenience Stores Auction for a Special Servicer, located in South Carolina. Managed the transactions from auction to closing, for a sale that totaled $1,742,000.00
- 5 Former Car Washes Auction for a Special Servicer, located in the Dallas, Texas area. Managed the transactions from auction to closing, for a sale that totaled $5,500,000.00
